Entrepreneur Visa Eligibility (12 questions)

EU citizens do not need this visa (you already have freedom of movement).

Under the ENISA criteria, the company must be newly established.

ENISA assesses the project against innovation and scalability criteria.

At least one of these is required.

Family members can apply together and receive direct work authorisation.

200% of the SMI for the main applicant (approximately €2,849 per month), plus 75% of the SMI for a two-person family unit (approximately €1,068) and 25% per each additional member (approximately €356).

Issued within the last 10 years, with at least 2 blank pages and at least 1 year of validity.

Certificates are required only for the countries you have lived in during the last 2 years.

Applications from within Spain receive a 3-year residence permit directly.

To benefit from the Beckham Law regime (Article 93 LIRPF), you must not have been a Spanish tax resident in the last 5 years.
