Built from our own global mobility journey

Mi Casa Europa is rooted not only in professional experience, but also in a personally lived global mobility journey. Our founder, Enis Behar Menda, has lived in different countries for varying periods since 1990 and has experienced first-hand what it means to build a life, work, develop business and adapt to local systems in a new country. He brought his experience in business development, technology, consultancy and international work into Mi Casa Europa.

That experience evolved into a decision to create practical and reliable solutions for people planning to move to a new country, as well as those who have already arrived and are navigating the uncertainties that come with relocation. We know that access to the right information, the right person and the right support at the right time can be one of the most important parts of the relocation process.

After marrying in the United Kingdom in 2023, Ayşegül Turhan Behar and Enis decided to continue their global journey in Madrid. Building a new life in Spain also helped shape Mi Casa Europa's service model. We began transforming our direct experience in the United Kingdom and Spain into a wider network capable of connecting our clients with the right local specialists across Europe.
