Founder and Managing Director
Enis Behar Menda is the founder and Managing Director of Mi Casa Europa, a company providing Global Mobility services. Since 2016 he has continued to grow the work he began in the United Kingdom, now taking Spain as a further hub to cover all European Union countries. Mi Casa Europa provides individuals, families and companies with residency, settlement, accommodation, business setup and development, and strategic real estate investment services across the United Kingdom and all European Union countries.
Technology has been a lifelong interest. Years of hands-on technology projects have shaped that interest into a professional one — today he speaks and runs training sessions on Artificial Intelligence for corporate clients.
Career Journey
Enis began his career in 1994. He went on to work at leading global consultancies — including Coopers & Lybrand, Arthur Andersen (now part of Ernst & Young) and Peppers and Rogers — as a specialist and manager on some of Turkey's largest projects in CRM, finance, accounting and technology.
He was one of the founders behind Enocta, Turkey's first e-learning brand, and has both originated and led a number of other Turkey-first projects.
He has led CRM projects for leading Turkish companies including Koç Holding, Boyner, Turkcell, Migros, Tanı, Opet and Yurtiçi Kargo. He founded BG Marketing, Turkey's first data management and analytics company, and later sold it to Leo Burnett Türkiye. As General Manager of the rebranded business (Arc), he delivered 360° digital marketing services to industry leaders such as Turkcell and Garanti Bank.
He then put that management and marketing experience to work as General Manager of FormSolar, developing Turkey's solar energy projects. While continuing to serve Turkish companies at board level, in 2015 he moved to London and refocused his consulting work on the UK.
Mi Casa Europa
Enis's early leadership in the growth of the Turkish furniture sector in the United Kingdom, and his consulting work for companies across a range of industries in London, laid the foundation for Mi Casa Europa. That experience grew into a service that accompanies those moving to Europe at every step, from day one to the long term.
