Mi Casa Europa Delivers a Presentation at the KW Kent Office

Today, as the Mi Casa Europa team, we delivered a corporate presentation at the KW Kent office. We'd like to thank the KW Kent property advisor who invited us, Sinem Üner Yanılmaz, and the KW Kent Director, Üner Yan, for opening their office to us for the presentation. What Did We Cover in the Presentation?

Throughout the session, we set out Mi Casa Europa's areas of expertise to the KW Kent estate agents.

We focused in particular on the core problems Turkish citizens face when buying property abroad. We grouped these problems into four main stages:

The research stage:

• Misleading information in market-value and yield analyses
• Local regulations and restrictions affecting foreign buyers
• The difficulty of reaching reliable information and sellers

The purchase stage:

• Valuation and survey processes
• Legal processes and title-deed (conveyancing) procedures

Since 2016, under the name Plusture UK, we had been providing company formation, business development and residence services in the UK. We built up a successful track record in this field.

In 2025, in response to demand from our clients and the difficulties we saw in the market, we added a property-purchase service and founded Mi Casa Europa. We turned the experience we had gained in the UK market into a business model that solves the problems Turkish investors face with their property investments.
